We met Tracy by chance when checking out one of her listings and instantly felt comfortable with her. She let us look inside the home (although she was there on a completely different matter) and gave us honest pros and cons showing us the good and the bad of the property. At no time did I ever feel like she was being a 'sales person' because she didn't tell us what we should do but instead asked us what we wanted and with that in mind guided us to our forever home! During the buying process (we are first time home buyers) I went through every piece of paper we were asked to sign with a fine tooth comb and asked more questions than any Realtor should have to answer but she patiently and pleasantly answered all of my questions and pointed me to the right people for the questions that fell outside of the Real Estate Agent realm. She negotiated on the price, closing costs and many extra little things (I can be quite trying) and blew us away with the end result. LJ and Sara were wonderful to work with. Quick to respond and patient to answer questions. They were the perfect team for this first time home buyer. LJ took great care to understand what type of home and area we were looking for and I can honestly say that I would never have found this particular home without their knowledge of the area.
We loved working with Sara and Lj!!! We found within a month what we were looking for and dreamed about, to have when we retired - a piece of land that can be our safe place to go :). They communicated with us the whole time, contacting the seller agent and stood on top with all updates and everything needed to get this accomplished. Thank you Sara and Lj, you are wonderful and keep the fantastic work ethic you have!!! We feel like you become part of our family now :)!!!
